Effective Date: SEPTEMBER 1, 2025​

By registering and/or participating in any activity organized by Tigers Volleyball Club (“the Club”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that volleyball and physical training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Release of Liability

You agree that Tigers Volleyball Club, its coaches, directors, staff, volunteers, and partner facilities are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in club activities, including transportation, training, tournaments, or events.

3. Emergency Medical Treatment

You authorize the Club to obtain medical care for yourself or your child in the event of an emergency and release the Club and its representatives from liability related to such care.

 

4. Insurance Responsibility

You understand it is your responsibility to ensure appropriate personal or family health/accident insurance coverage.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and facilities. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

6. Facility Use

Tigers Volleyball Club utilizes third-party facilities. You agree to abide by all posted facility rules and accept any facility-specific waivers as applicable.
