Refund Policy

At Tigers Volleyball Club, we value your commitment and strive to offer high-quality programming. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering, as some fees are strictly non-refundable.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
🏐 Tryouts & Camps

All registrations for tryouts, camps, and clinics are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or outcome.
🤝 Club Team Commitments

Once an athlete has signed and committed to a team, all club fees are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Program fees
-
Coaching fees
-
Uniform and equipment fees
-
Tournament and travel deposits

This policy applies even if the athlete voluntarily withdraws, is removed due to disciplinary reasons, or is unable to participate due to scheduling conflicts or other personal circumstances.
2. Refunds Before Team Commitment

If a refund is requested for a general program (not a tryout, camp, or team), and the athlete has not yet signed a team commitment, a partial refund may be considered.

Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the program start date, and are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
3. Medical Withdrawals

Refunds due to injury or medical withdrawal may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be supported by a physician’s note.

If approved, a pro-rated credit or refund may be offered, excluding any non-refundable costs (e.g., uniforms, tournaments).
4. Club-Initiated Cancellations
If a program or season is cancelled by Tigers Volleyball Club due to reasons such as low enrollment, facility issues, or public health restrictions, affected participants will receive:

A full refund, or

A credit toward a future program
5. Special Considerations
Tigers Volleyball Club reserves the right to make exceptions under extraordinary or compassionate circumstances at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.
By registering for any Tigers Volleyball Club program or team, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
